Matrix: The Truth
“Everything that has a beginning has an end”. A beginning can have many endings but just one that achieve its purpose. After seeing the Matrix Revolutions lots of people are thinking what the hell happened? What will happen to the people still plug to the matrix? Is The Matrix: Renascence next? In order to find the answer to these questions you must understand the truth. What truth? That you cannot see past the choices you don’t understand.
Now you need to make a decision whether you continue reading or not. If you decide not to continue reading you will wake up tomorrow believing whatever you want to believe, if you choose to continue reading then I can show you how to understand the truth.
You have many questions, and although watching all three movies has altered your consciousness, you are irrevocably human. Ergo, some of my answers you will understand, and some of them you will not. Concordantly, while your first question may be the most pertinent, you may or may not realize it is also the most irrelevant.
What is The Matrix?

Who created The Matrix?
The architect.
Who created (design) Neo?
The oracle.
Who is Neo?
Neo is the anomaly introduced into the matrix to create the illusion of choice so that more subjects would accept the program of the matrix.
What is the purpose of The ONE?
Is to return to the source, allowing a temporary dissemination of the code he carries, reinserting the prime program.
What is the purpose of the Architect?
To balance the equation.
What is the purpose of the Oracle?
To unbalanced that equation.
Who is Smith?
He is Neo. His opposite, his negative, the result of the equation trying to balance itself out. SMITH = NOT (NEO)
“The power of the ONE extends beyond this world. It reaches from here all the way back to where it came from.” NEO: Where? “The Source.” (The matrix revolutions, The Oracle)
So let’s jump to the obvious conclusion. Neo = human + machine.
You say: “It’s impossible.”
I say: “Not impossible… inevitable.”
So let’s see some of the facts.

Morpheus: How is he?
Tank: Ten hours straight. He's a machine. (Simple but true)
2) The Matrix Reloaded
Architect: "The function of the One is now to return to the Source, allowing a temporary dissemination of the code you carry, reinserting the prime program."
3) The Matrix Reloaded (Neo talking to the Councilor)
Hamann: "It's a good sign."
Neo: "Of what?"
Hamann: "That you are, in fact, still human."
4) The Matrix Reloaded
Agent Thompson: The anomaly
Agent Jackson: Do we proceed?
Agent Thompson: Yes,

Agent Johnson: Only human.

Neo: Something's different. (Awareness of what he really is)
Trinity: What?
Neo: I can feel them.

Neo: Tell me how I separated my mind from my body without jacking in. Tell me how I stopped four sentinels by thinking it. Tell me just what the hell is happening to me.

How Neo does realizes what he is and what he needs to do?
1) The Matrix Reloaded
Hamann: Of course, that's it, you hit it, that's control isn't it? If we wanted, we could smash them to bits. But if we did, we'd have to consider what would happen to our lights, our heat, our air.
Neo: So we need machines and they need us. Is that your point, councilor?
2) The Matrix Reloaded
Neo: But why help us?
Oracle: We're all here to do, what we're all here to do. I'm interested in one thing, Neo, the future. And believe me, I know, the only way to get there is together.
3) The Matrix Revolutions
Neo: But Love is an emotion.
Rama-Kandra: It is a word. It is a connection that the word implies.
So he needed to understand that the solution was not to destroy the machines but to look for peace. Besides who started the war, human or machine? Try to determine this and you will be hold in a loop.
This is what happened when Neo stopped the Sentinels, he was in a mental conflict.
Neo thinking: “How did I stop the Sentinels?” “What am I?”
This is again awareness of what he really is. So he is in the loop of what am I?
Neo in the loop: I got myself here and can get myself out the same way.
What does Neo see when he try to remember how he got there?
The path to the source. Why? Because he used the power of the source to stopped the Sentinels, because he has part of the source.
So Neo decide to go to the machine world. He loss his sight, why? Because he needed to see what he really needed to see. His sight was another constraint to the human world. Now he was only able to see the path and the obstacles of that path (Bane/Smith).
Only one thing keeps him attach to the human world, Trinity, which is why she needed to die. We are here to do what we came here to do.
Why she didn’t die before? Because it wasn’t time for you/Neo to know (The Matrix Revolutions: The Oracle).
The Source plugs Neo into the Matrix using all the holes. Why? Full interface was needed.
So he entered the Matrix one last time.
The Matrix Revolutions
Smith: You must be able to see it, Mr. Anderson. You must know it by now. You can't win. It's pointless to keep fighting. Why, Mr. Anderson? Why? Why do you persist?!
Neo: Because I choose to.
Smith: “Everything that has a beginning has an end, Neo” (This was the Oracle talking through Smith)
Neo: “You were always right it’s inevitable”
In saying so Smith signs his own destruction, his end.
Neo uses the Source’s power to destroy program Smith (hack Smith).
After Neo wins over Smith you can see him as the light the same way he saw the path the same way he saw Bane/Smith. So what does this means? Is he one with the Source now?
What happen next with the people still plug to the Matrix?
There are some things still open; I just told you what you needed to know. Now you can see past the choices now you understand.
